Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Version: 1.0   Effective date: March 15, 2026

FullyKnow retains information only for legitimate user-requested, operational, legal, safety, and security purposes.

Retention principles

Categories and general approach

Account information

Retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, disputes, or restoration.

Health information

Retained until deletion is requested and legally permissible, the account is closed, or applicable retention obligations expire.

AI-generated content

Generally retained with the underlying information. Associated outputs may be deleted when source information is deleted, unless retention is legally required.

Logs and support records

Retained only as reasonably necessary for security, investigations, support, platform improvement, and compliance.

Backups

Deleted data may remain temporarily in encrypted disaster-recovery backups until normal backup lifecycle processes remove it.

Deletion requests

FullyKnow may verify identity before acting. Some information may be retained for legal obligations, security investigations, fraud prevention, or legal claims.

Secure deletion and de-identification

At the end of the retention period, FullyKnow seeks to securely delete or permanently de-identify data using methods appropriate to the storage technology.

Legal holds

Deletion may be suspended for information subject to litigation, investigation, audit, subpoena, or other preservation obligations.
