AI outputs may contain errors, omit context, or reflect incomplete records. Users should review significant outputs and consult qualified healthcare professionals.
Data and third parties
AI may process information users choose to provide. FullyKnow does not sell personal health information. Third-party AI providers should be subject to safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
Monitoring
FullyKnow may use testing, quality assurance, performance monitoring, security review, user feedback, and feature suspension or retirement to manage risk.
