Acceptable Use Policy
This policy describes the responsible and prohibited uses of FullyKnow's services, data, and AI-enabled features.
Permitted uses
- Organize and manage personal health information.
- Connect authorized sources and share information with people you authorize.
- Use AI tools to support understanding and preparation for healthcare conversations.
- Act on behalf of another person where legally authorized.
Prohibited uses
- Violating law or another person's rights.
- Impersonation, fraud, or unauthorized account access.
- Uploading or disclosing health information without authority.
- Bypassing security controls or testing vulnerabilities without written authorization.
- Introducing malware, disrupting operations, or conducting denial-of-service activity.
- Using AI to fabricate, alter, or misrepresent medical records or evade safety controls.
- Unauthorized scraping, resale, reverse engineering, or extraction of proprietary systems.
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, or abuse.
User security responsibilities
Protect credentials and devices, enable available security features, review account activity, and promptly report suspected compromise.
Monitoring and enforcement
FullyKnow may monitor relevant system activity for security, fraud, reliability, and compliance. Responses may include warnings, restrictions, suspension, termination, content removal, or legally required reporting.
Appeals
Users may request review of an enforcement decision they believe was made in error.
